2. Participants
This raffle is international. Participants must have purchased a vacation package and traveled with SHARE the experience.

Employees of the organizer or its group, or any person who has participated in any way in the organization of the contest, may not participate in the giveaway.

3. Start and end date of the sweepstakes

The raffle starts on March and ends on May 30, and the winner will be named on June 1 of this year. All the participations will be valid within the mentioned dates until the final date of the draw.

A day before the start date and a day after the end of the raffle will not be taken into account. All doubts or questions regarding the contest will be answered by phone calls or through the company’s WhatsApp.

4. Participation Method

All users who wish to participate may do so by phone call with their personal advisor or through the contest’s official website.

• REGISTER with the Booking ID number (located in your letter or purchase receipt that we sent you by mail), full name, country, mobile number and email. In case you do not have the purchase letter/receipt or the ID Booking/referral number of your package, you can request them through our WhatsApp or by phone call with your vacation advisor.
• ENTER 10 referrals with the age 30 to 65 years old who are married and have an international credit card.

• For every 2 people who purchase a vacation package, our CUSTOMERS acquire ONE virtual ticket for the raffle of 5/4 at Hacienda Tres Rios in all-inclusive plan.
• These POINTS generated will be taken into account for gift certificates.

Only those CUSTOMERS who follow the steps mentioned above will be taken into account to participate in this raffle.

 

5. Prize

You will be awarded a stay at Hacienda Tres Rios for 5 days and 4 nights in an all inclusive plan for 2 people and 2 children under 12 years in a Junior Suite room.

INCLUDES:
Unlimited food and beverages, non-motorized water sports, activities program and theme nights.

NOT INCLUDED:
Does not include travel flights.
No incluye impuestos.
Does not include taxes.
Does not include tips.
Does not include airport-hotel-airport transfer.
Not valid for high season.

We are not responsible for extra costs generated by cancellation, extensions, taxes, availability, tours, activities and any extra or change to be made to the stay.
The package is valid for 1 year from the date of delivery of the award.

6. Acceptance of the rules of the giveaway

The winner of the giveaway will have to accept the legal terms and conditions of the giveaway.
All participants must accept the terms and conditions of the giveaway without any changes or modifications.

Selection of the winners and awarding of the prizes

• 1 winner will be chosen according to the majority of sales made by referrals.
• The winner of the contest will be announced by publishing the name through the organizer’s media. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
• The organizer will contact the winner confirming his data registered in the contest.
• The delivery of the package will be by virtual means by delivering a certificate which will contain detailed information about the prize to be received.
• If we do not receive contact with the winner within 36 hours and taking into account the above mentioned points, the delivery of the prize to the selected person will be cancelled.
• Please note that the prizes are non-transferable and will only be delivered to the winner upon presentation of his/her passport or official identification.
• Once the package is delivered, the winner will have one year to use the prize.

8. Personal information and confidentiality

All data received by the winner will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will only be used for the management of the prize delivery; however, at the time of announcing the winner, his/her profile data and photo will be displayed on our social networks.

9. General Considerations

In case the winner does not have time and renounces to the prize, he/she will not be entitled to any compensation of the equivalent of the stay in money.
The identification of each winner will be only with his/her identity document.
If fraud is recognized in the drawing by the participant, he/she will be automatically eliminated.

10. Assignment of rights

Participants assume responsibility for the data session, so that the Organizer can use them in any of the necessary channels, for communication purposes.

The participants will watch over the rights of the shared data, not infringing the rights of third parties and being solely responsible for the facts that may arise from it. The Organizer is exempt from any liability in this regard.

11. Data protection

Participants agree, by participating in the contest, that the data shared with the organization, can be used by the organization, for the benefit of the user.

12. Responsibilities

The Organizer is excluded from liability for late or misdirected entries, or for any failure or unavailability of hardware, software, electronic communications, or Internet uploads or other connections.

13. Acceptance of the rules

Participation in this call for entries implies full acceptance of these rules and acceptance of the terms and conditions.
