CIVIL STATUS: As this is a family promotion and in order to book, if you are married, you must travel with your spouse (this applies to all members of the reservation). 4. VALIDITY: You have 24 months to travel to Cancun as long as you make your reservation with a maximum of 18 months from the date of purchase of your package. For your additional bonuses you will have 12 more months after your trip to Cancun to use them. 5. DESTINATION AND VOUCHERS: Your primary destination is Cancun, and other destinations (if it applies) are additional gift vouchers that will be given to you in Cancun. All additional vouchers are free of charge, however, they do NOT include reservation fees, taxes or tips which must be paid at the time of booking of each destination. 6. GROUPS: A group is considered more than 2 packages or certificates traveling on the same dates, this applies for friends, acquaintances or family members in case of requiring a second package/room or traveling with a friend, acquaintance or family member must pay a fee of $399 usd as a requirement for both to travel together. This is a promotional offer and cannot be used with any other certificate or promotion. 7.- DOCUMENTATION FOR REGISTRATION: To register at the hotel, it is a requirement to present the card with which you paid for your vacation package along with the official identification of the cardholder, which must match the owner of the package or spouse. 8. EXTRAS TO PAY: Your vacation package does not include the following: a) air flights or ground transportation to the destination, b) The one-time activation fee of $99 USD (to be paid at the time of booking as a requirement to generate your confirmation), c) The payment of an environmental tax and the hotel tax of approximately $15 USD per room per night to be paid directly at the hotel, d) everything else that is not included in your package. 9. VACATION CLUB PRESENTATION: The price of your vacation package is subject to you and your family joining us for a breakfast and tour of the hotel that might last a time of 120 minutes. If you do not attend the breakfast this promotion will not be valid and you will have to pay the current rate at the hotel. 10. LIABILITY: We are not responsible for verbal or written offers made by any representative, agent or sponsor outside of what is specified in these terms and conditions and if you do not comply with them when traveling to Cancun you will be charged the current rack rate of the hotel and will not be given your additional bonuses. 11.
